Our fees are structured as follows:
MEMORIAL / FUNERAL SERVICES

Piping at Funeral or Memorial Service AUD 350.00

Each 1/2 hour additional service AUD 50.00 (per piper)

No1 Military Uniform AUD 45.00 (per piper).
WEDDING CELEBRATION PACKAGE
-
Pre-wedding consultation via your preferred method of contact (phone or email)

One piper playing the following:

- Pre-ceremony for up to 1/2 hour

- Brides Processional
-
- Signing of the Register
-
- Couple's Recessional
-
- Playing up to 1/2 hour after the ceremony

Total package AUD 350.00.
ADDITIONAL WEDDING SERVICES

Create further impact with an additional piper and / or drummer (cost based on requirements)

No1 Military Uniform AUD 45.00 (per piper)

Each 1/2 hour additional service AUD 50.00 for example:
- Photos with the bridal party
- Reception - entrance, speeches, cake cutting etc.

GENERAL SERVICES

Kindly note that these rates do not include travel or accommodation expenses for events outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. These will be agreed and charged on a case-by-case basis. We would be delighted to provide you with a detailed quote.

For weekday events, there may be an additional parking surcharge.

Tentative dates will be held for one month from date of quote.

Sydney Bagpipers will contact you if another enquiry is received for your date, prior to your confirmation.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

The deposit is non refundable. In the event of a cancellation, it can be held in credit for a future event.

Final payment must be received one month prior to your event.

No personal cheques or credit card payments will be accepted. Bank transfer or cash payment only.

In the interest of our performers' health and safety, for any event with a weather forecast exceeding temperatures of 38 degrees, we reserve the right to minimise/cancel performances. We would work with you, to find the most suitable solution in these rare circumstances.
